All of our meat is locally sourced!
Our beef is home reared on the farm, freely grazing the parkland for the majority of the year as long as the weather allows, in the worst of winter, they come inside and are fed on a silage mix.
We started our British White herd in 2020 with just 5 cows adding in our bull later in the year once the girls had settled.
Now with the breeding herd well established we have over 40 British Whites!
The meat is defined by its incredible yellow fat, well marbled and a rich nutty flavour which naturally occurs with this breed.
Our Lamb
Our lamb comes from a good friend and fellow farmer in nearby Penshurst. During the winter months, his sheep graze here at the farm on our fields of nutritious stubble turnips, enjoying a natural, seasonal diet. We’re proud to work with local farmers we know and trust, bringing you delicious, carefully reared lamb.

Game
Our game meat comes from the beautiful countryside we’re fortunate enough to farm and work across, with venison, rabbit, duck, pheasant and partridge all sourced from the estate.
Naturally living and foraging in the surrounding woodland, fields and hedgerows, our game is truly a taste of the local countryside. We work closely with the Chevening Estate and neighboring estates to bring you carefully sourced, seasonal game that reflects the landscape in which it was naturally raised.
From rich, full-flavoured venison to traditional pheasant and partridge, each variety offers something unique — wholesome, seasonal produce with a genuine connection to the land around us.
We’re proud to bring the best of our local countryside from field to farm shop.

More Than Just Meat!
For us, meat is about much more than what’s in the fridge. It’s about the land, the seasons, the farmers and the care that goes into producing good food.
Our shelves bring together produce with a story — from cattle grazing the parkland around us, to lamb from a farming friend in Penshurst and wild game carefully selected from the estate.
We love being able to share exactly where our meat comes from and, in doing so, offer meat that feels genuinely connected to where we live and farm.
When you shop at Turvins, you’re not just buying meat. You’re taking home a little piece of the countryside around us.
